Show matching properties in the referrer tool when submitting a lead for an interested party

You can now configure the referrer tool so that referrers are shown matching properties directly when they submit a lead for an interested party. This gives referrers an immediate selection of relevant properties based on the interested party’s search criteria. This makes direct matching easier and enables referrers to request an exposé for the interested party without detours.

Floor level available in the property filter

The “Floor level” field is now available in the property filter. This allows you to search specifically for apartments on certain floors and refine your property search even further.

The floor level can contain various details, including written-out floor designations such as “ground floor” or “upper floor”, as well as additional notes such as “left”, “right” or “with terrace”.

Automatically set the property manager as the ImmoScout24 contact person

A small but important improvement when publishing to ImmoScout24: Previously, the account’s primary contact person was automatically set as the contact person for a property if the “IS24 contact person” field was not filled in.

We are now changing this behavior: If the “IS24 contact person” field is empty, the property manager of the property will be stored as the contact person on ImmoScout24 instead. You can find more details on how to store contact persons for ImmoScout24 here: Extend ImmoScout24 contact persons.

Removal of the Imogent extension

The Imogent extension has been removed from Propstack and is no longer available. All previously active extensions were automatically deactivated, and the functionality has been completely removed from the system.
