Operating from the heart of Berlin, the Propstack team works closely with our customers every day to redefine the standards for real estate CRM software. Professional exchange—both with external specialists and among ourselves—ensures we can respond quickly and effectively to specific needs and market changes. At Propstack, we maintain flat hierarchies to foster a One Team corporate culture.
Trust in your commitment: We reward relentless initiative and great results with top-tier compensation and the perfect setup for your work-life balance. We embrace agile working holistically. Whether it’s a strategic 1-on-1 chat by the ping pong table, working remotely, attending regular team events, or sharing an after-work beer between Scheunenviertel and Alexanderplatz, you can work flexibly and thrive.
Taking on new responsibilities, I joined the Consulting team alongside my role in Customer Success Management—a true highlight in my career.
Propstack offers its team an outstanding workspace right at the pulse of the city. Located in Berlin-Mitte—the business district in the heart of the capital—we come together efficiently. Our office is perfectly connected to public transit and features advanced IT infrastructure for fast internal and external communication. Short distances are also a physical reality in our open-plan spaces. Communication flows naturally, keeping interactions personal and transparent behind glass partitions.
Interior design tailored for flat hierarchies and agile workflows: The large, open kitchen invites everyone to cook together. At lunchtime, many colleagues regularly gather in the dining areas of our in-office bistro. During spontaneous breaks, two ping pong tables, various gaming consoles, quiet rooms, and a chill-out area with a large sofa lounge offer a quick change of pace. We’ve also created a special spot for after-work drinks. The spacious roof terrace, boasting breathtaking views of the TV Tower, is the ultimate social hub at Propstack.
