V. Data processing when using our “Propstack” software
To use Propstack, you must create a user account by registering. If you create a user account or register, we use the access data (email address and password) provided, to grant you access and manage your user account. We also create an identification number assigned to you (agent ID). The provision of this access data as part of the registration and the creation of the agent ID is required to use Propstack. We use the access data and agent ID provided during registration or login, to determine your authorization to manage the user account, as well as to enable you to use Propstack. We also use the agent ID for product analysis and optimization. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enabling the use of the software and Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for product analysis and optimization.

VI. Categories of recipients of personal data
For the provision of our website and the contact options offered, we use various service providers, including host providers and e-mail providers, who process the data stored with them exclusively on our behalf as processors in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO in the European Union.
